Gates Of Hope Care

Gates of Hope Family Medicare Centre Ltd is a 30-bed hospital located in Kiganjo, Thika Town, Kiambu County—just 45 minutes from Nairobi County. Founded by a Registered Nurse, the hospital’s mission is to provide maternity care to women of low socioeconomic status by ensuring they get safe childbirth and ultimately reducing maternal mortality cases. Our vision is to make this a model facility in Kenya for safe delivery best practices and a centre of excellence for maternity services.

This facility is positioned to offer social impact programs including mental health support for teenage girls, preliminary cancer screening, and is a proponent of annual medical examination for all people of all ages, putting more emphasis on primary prevention than cure.

Safe Maternity Care – Supporting the hospital’s goal of offering safe childbirth services to underserved women, reducing maternal mortality and establishing best practices for safe delivery in Kenya.
