“Strive for success, Thrive in wellness”
Encourage students and young adults to overcome challenges.
In recent years, many American high school students have faced significant challenges that have impacted their motivation and sense of purpose. Factors such as academic pressure, social expectations, mental health struggles, and uncertainty about the future have created an environment where students often feel overwhelmed and discouraged. These challenges can lead to decreased engagement in school, lower self-esteem, and, in some cases, a loss of hope. As gates of hope we are stepping in by conducting focused motivational sessions with students and adults getting into the job market, who are starting life away from their parents.
We are reassuring the young adults students that despite these obstacles, it is vital for students to remember that they possess immense potential to overcome adversity and achieve their goals. Education is not just about grades but also about growth, resilience, and building a foundation for a brighter future. The journey through high school is filled with opportunities to discover strengths, develop passions, and build a community of support.
We reaffirm that for every student feeling unmotivated or uncertain: to know that the are not alone. Each day is a new chance to take small steps toward your dreams. Challenges are temporary, but the lessons they learn and the perseverance cultivate will last a lifetime. Believe in self-ability to grow, adapt, and succeed. Surround themselves with those who uplift and inspire them, and remember that seeking help when you need it is a sign of strength, not weakness.
That there story story is still being written, and their future is full of possibilities. To stay focused, remain hopeful, and never give up—that they have what it takes to succeed and make a difference in the world.
In this program we have exchange programs where students travel to other parts of the world to open up their context on the how other parts of the world look. The overall impact of this program will be the individuals will not take for granted what is in the USA. They will ease up their stressors and becoming emotionally assertive hence reducing cases of depression and suicide.
